By downloading, installing, or using PrimeStream IPTV ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

PrimeStream IPTV is a media player application that allows users to:

• Play IPTV content from user-provided sources


• Manage playlists and favorites


• Access premium features through subscription

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: PrimeStream does NOT provide, host, or distribute any IPTV content, channels, movies, or series. Users must provide their own legitimate content sources.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:


• Provide your own legitimate IPTV content sources


• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations


• Not use the App for any illegal activities


• Not share your account credentials with others


• Ensure you have legal rights to access any content you stream

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Subscription Plans



• 1 Dispositivo: €7.99/año


• 3 Dispositivos: €17.99/año (más popular)


• 5 Dispositivos: €27.99/año

4.2 Payment Processing


Payments are processed securely through Paddle, Coinbase, or PayPal. All prices are in EUR.

4.3 Refunds


Subscriptions are non-refundable except as required by law. Please review features carefully before purchasing.

4.4 Auto-Renewal


Annual subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled 24 hours before the renewal date.

5. Reseller Program

5.1 Credit System


Resellers purchase credits to create client accounts. 1 credit = 1 month of subscription.

5.2 Reseller Tiers



• Bronze: Up to 100 clients, 2 sub-resellers, 24h trials


• Silver: Up to 500 clients, 10 sub-resellers, 48h trials


• Gold: Unlimited clients and sub-resellers, 7-day trials

5.3 Reseller Responsibilities


Resellers must:

• Manage their own customer relationships


• Comply with all applicable laws


• Not make false claims about content availability


• Maintain accurate customer records

6. Prohibited Activities

You may NOT:


• Share, redistribute, or resell the App without authorization


• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App


• Use the App to access pirated or illegal content


• Violate copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights


• Attempt to hack, compromise, or disrupt the service

7. Content Disclaimer

PrimeStream IPTV is a PLAYER ONLY. We do not:


• Provide IPTV playlists, channels, or content


• Host or store any media content


• Control or monitor what content users access


• Have any responsibility for content accessed through the App

Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have legal rights to access any content.

8. Privacy and Data

We collect minimal data necessary to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:


• Violate these Terms


• Engage in fraudulent activities


• Abuse the service or other users

10. Limitation of Liability

PrimeStream IPTV is provided "AS IS" without warranties. We are not liable for:


• Content accessed through the App


• Service interruptions or technical issues


• Loss of data or account information


• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain and the European Union.
